RETURN POLICY

At Sharif & Co., we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our customers when making a purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we have outlined our return and trade-in policy below for your convenience.

Returns for Regular Stock Items:

  1. Regular stock items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the items must be in new and unworn condition.
  3. Please note that this policy does not apply to high karat jewelry, closeout 
  4. Jewelry, watches, consignment jewelry, and gold bullion, as these items are considered final sale.

Exceptions for Special Orders, Sized, Personalized, Altered, or Custom Items:

  1. Special orders, sized, personalized, altered, or custom items are not eligible for returns.
  2. Once these items are processed, they cannot be canceled or returned.

Returns on Purchases Over $10,000:

  1. Returns are not accepted for purchases exceeding $10,000.

Online Purchases:

  1. Customers who made purchases online may have the option to return the item in-store or by following specific return shipping instructions.
  2. To initiate the return process for online purchases, please contact us via email at hello@sharif.co to receive detailed instructions on how to ship back the item and receive a refund.
